Undoing Devolution by the Back Door? The Implications of the United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020

The Governance & Human Rights Research Group at Swansea University invites proposals for papers to be presented at a conference on the broad implications of the UK Internal Market Act 2020 for the UK’s devolution arrangements. Papers addressing constitutional and wider public law issues are particularly welcome. The one-day conference, funded by the Society of Legal Scholars, will take place in Swansea on Monday 11th July 2022.
