Judicial Review
A special event, arranged by the Administrative Law Bar Association (ALBA) with the assistance of No5 Barristers’ Chambers, marking the continuing importance of the case of Wednesbury, now celebrating its 70th anniversary. Confirmed speakers include Lord Justice Hickinbottom and Mr Justice Dove.
The event will be useful to legal executives, solicitors, barristers, judges and academics in all areas of practice. Please note spaces are limited and priority will be given to members of the ALBA.
