Call for Papers
“Human Dignity and the Constitutional Crisis in Europe: Humanity, Democracy, Social Europe”
University of Portsmouth and European University Institute, Florence, 15-16 June 2017
The School of Law at the University of Portsmouth, the European University Institute (EUI) and the University of Exeter are organising a 2-day international conference on “Human Dignity and the Constitutional Crisis in Europe: Humanity, Democracy, Social Europe”.
The conference will be hosted by the European University Institute in Florence on 15th and 16th June 2016.
Keynote speakers:
Dieter Grimm, Professor of Public Law at Humboldt University; Visiting Professor of Law and Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow at Yale Law School
András Sajó, Vice-President and Judge at the European Court of Human Rights; Professor of Law at the Central European University and Global Visiting Professor of Law at New York University Law School.
