Student membership is open to people enrolled on an undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme at a university and postgraduate research students.
Associate membership is open to legal practitioners, civil servants, members, officers and staff of legislative bodies, members of the judiciary and other people with an interest in constitutional law.
The rules of the Association are here: UKCLA Rules (adopted 17_1_2014). The Association is self-financing and relies on subscriptions, conference fees, and sponsorship, to fund its activities and its annual subscription to the IACL.
